1. The service
Vekkle, operated by RKC Consultancy Ltd (company no. 6617083, England & Wales), provides vehicle-related information tools: photo-based identification, MOT/mileage/tax data, insurance write-off checks, market price indications, tyre/damage/parts assessments, and collection features for diecast models. By using the apps or websites you accept these terms.
2. Information, not advice — the important bit
- Everything Vekkle shows is informational only. It is not mechanical, financial, valuation or purchase advice, and no output constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or rely on any vehicle.
- AI-generated results can be wrong. Identifications, condition assessments, damage and price estimates are produced by artificial intelligence from the photos and details you provide. Always verify important facts independently before making decisions.
- Reports are snapshots. A check reflects the source records on the day it was run. Records change; a later event will not appear in an earlier report.
- Vehicle history data comes from third-party sources (DVSA, DVLA-derived feeds and, where indicated, Experian). We and our data providers exclude liability for errors or omissions in that data to the fullest extent permitted by law. A Vekkle write-off check is not a substitute for a full independent provenance check, a mechanical inspection, or your own judgement.
- Price bands are derived from live marketplace listings and are indicative of asking prices, not the value of any particular vehicle.
3. Accounts
You may use parts of the service anonymously; some features require an account (Google or email sign-in). You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
- Premium is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- One-off checks are single purchases tied to a specific vehicle registration and are delivered immediately. By purchasing you request immediate performance and acknowledge that once the report is delivered the statutory 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to it; your other statutory rights are unaffected.
- Fair use: subscription features carry usage allowances shown in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no bulk or automated extraction of data, no reselling of reports or data, no attempts to bypass usage limits or security, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The apps, sites, branding and content are ours or our licensors'. Photos you submit remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to process them to provide the service. Third-party data remains the property of its providers.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the service is provided "as is"; to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on information provided. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Contact: support@vekkle.com.
